Editing of lock screen

Not sure if this is something new, or something that I've never found before, but I'm finding it annoying... if you press and hold the lockscreen after it unlocks, you can make minor edits to the layout. I'm forever thinking to unlock using my fingerprint when my face has already unlocked it, and it goes into edit mode...

I can imagine how annoying it can be. Until a better solution is found, you could toggle off the 'Stay on lock screen until swipe' option in Settings > Biometrics and security > Face recognition.

Hi @TheSpudman. Have you tried going in to Settings, Lock Screen, then unchecking the "Touch and hold to edit" slider?

Great! Glad it worked for you. Yes, I think the ability to edit the lock screen was only introduced in beta, and presumably the means to turn it off!
