(Edit) Internet links from Facebook & Instagram not working

When i click on any Internet links within Facebook & Instagram nothing happens,  they used to open in Chrome.

Two weeks and Samsung still not replying???

It looks like this had been fixed after an update today.  I'll keep checking.
