Do not disturb

When my do not disturb is on, I have the Ring application listed as an exception. So when a notification occurs and do not disturb is On, my phone should still vibrate.

This is not happening. I have tried to remove the app and re-add but still no luck. 

Anyone seeing this issue?

Yeah I'm seeing it too with ring but also with all my Apps. Do not disturb appears broken. Also had several modes setup to turn on different DND scenarios. Also broken. Just having to have DND turned off. As a side note they are coming through on my galaxy watch through DND just fine
