Contactless not working

My contactless stopped working after installing the one UI6.0 beta version. Is it the same case for everyone. Do we have a fix for this??

No problem here I'm using Samsung pay and been using contactless since the first beta came out in the UK. If you using Google pay won't work as it says in the disclaimer.

If you are using Google Pay then it won't work. There was a disclaimer on sign up regarding this. Samsung Pay works fine tho.👍

@kanna1808  As has been mentioned before  Google Pay not certified for Beta,will work with stable version.

Actually, Samsung Pay has also stopped working for me. I'll check the NFC settings

NFC settings fine this time. The phone is beeping and giving me the tick but then the machine is rejecting the payment. Strange...

Try restarting and clearing the cache and make sure you report this. I haven't had any problems yet I used it yesterday and was fine.

It is possible that Google Pay will not work during the Beta Programme.

We recommend you using Samsung Pay app instead.

In the official version of the software both apps will be fully functional 😊. 

If Samsung Pay doesn't work for you, report the problem via the Samsung Members app, so that our developers can analyze it 😉.
