Call log duplication

Every time I call someone, phone app shows two calls of exact same length.

Anybody else faced this issue?

I haven't but I do get two voicemail icons everytime I receive a voicemail

Please, clear cache of the Phone app and then reboot your phone.

If that won't help, report the problem via the Samsung Members app .
