Bug with new July beta

Since updating to the new beta July 30/07 my phone keeps making everything zoomed in and I have to keep going into setting and putting it back to. Normal it's done it like 5 times since updating and reset and clearing cache doesn't help just a heads up just incase anyone else has this issue

Feels like an epic fail on samsungs part. How can that have even got though internal testing

My keeps zooming out and it won't let me even change the screen resolution. Also when I open a app it shows my background for a few seconds and then open the app and then the app is very sluggish. Worst update I've had since being on the beta program.
