Hi @Trevorjenkins Welocme to The Samsung Community Have you tried much Troubleshooting, which phone do you have and is it one Bluetooth Device or multiple ones?
Try turning Bluetooth of and on and a Soft Reset by holding the power and Volume Down Buttons for 10 seconds until the Device Reboots. This refreshes the system and can fix some minor issues.
However you may need to reset the Network settings, General Management-Reset. In One UI 6/7 you can Reset the Wifi and Bluetooth settings or all settings. If this does not have the desired effect an idea to repair the devices. some advice here though clearing the Bluetooth cache now not possible from one ui 6. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209182/
However if not a solution may need to wipe the cache partition by these steps:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or Tv USB. Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
