Always on display

Always on display is turned on in the settings but it's not working actually and i have the back cover with small cover and the cover screen is also going all black after a while..anyone else encountered same?

Thanks for reporting! Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause
