Looks like that's a local issue to your phone. Twitter working fine on Beta 2

Twitter working OK here, also posted on Instagram and when asked to also like to share through Twitter. It loaded and posted ok

You can try to resolve it by clearing app cache:  Settings > Apps > select the app > Storage > Clear cache.

But please keep in mind, that during the Beta, it is possible that due to compatibility issues, not all third-party applications will work as expected. 🙁
