Please make sure that you have the newest software version installed and if yes - Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at the logs
I'm currently in the new UI beta. It doesn't throw up any error codes, just says that all the pre-existing alarm sounds are unsupported. Spotify alarms work though
