Have done several times over but they don't care. In-fact this time around (complaining about the constant repeating "what's your sleep animal") they claim "oh just click the x and it'll go away for good". I'm like incorrect it keeps returning AND beside the point, I didn't pay over $3k in electronics to have some ***** force ads down my throat.
Samsung seem to have forgotten what side of the border they're on! Their attitude of "you'll like what we tell you to like" is EXACTLY the attitude from the other side of the border!
