100 x zoom issue

Hi all, thought I would get the obligatory shot of the moon in all its glory this morning, come to take photo using 100 zoom and all I get is a green screen, thinking I may have covered lens etc... I tried on a further 2 occasions and again green screen, 30 x works fine photos attached anybody else had this issue, I'm guessing it's a quirk within the beta which will get ironed out in future updates.

I've just quickly tested my 100x zoom and it seems to work correctly.

Take it you've tried rebooting the phone?

Yeah I've tried that, just reset my camera and all seems OK now

Yesterday first time, only one photo.

Just tried again using 100 zoom no change still green photo

No issues with my s21ultra in regards to using the moon mode

I've noticed that unfortunately many users have been experiencing this problem 😕.

Please, try to clear cache of the Camera app and then reboot your phone. If that won't help, report the issue attaching log files via the Samsung Members app .

Thanks for that I've sent off report, the issue with green screen does not affect other zoom I.e 10, 30 etc..., and is random I.e may only effect 1 out 3 photos, this also does not affect any videos I shoot, thanks for advice

This happens on mine when doing 30x or 100x, but only outside
