Members Contest: Become a problem-solving whizz with Galaxy.
By entering the Prize Draw described below (a “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
- Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey KT16 0RS.
- The Prize Draw is open to residents of United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over who hold a valid Samsung Members account.
- Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw is not eligible to enter.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- The Prize Draw will open at 10:00 (BST) on 12th November 2025 and close at 23:59 (BST) on 30th November 2025 (“Prize Draw Period”).
- There are two (2) Prizes available to be won in total, each consisting of a bundle containing:
- One (1) Galaxy Tab S10 FE; and
- One (1) Galaxy Buds3
(the “Prizes”).
- The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.
- To enter, Participants must, during the Prize Draw Period:
- Log into their Samsung Member App; AND
- Click on the link at the bottom of the Prize Draw article to go to the Community Contest page; AND
- Leave a comment on the Community Contest page answering one (1) of the two (2) following questions, “What problems in life would you solve with the S Pen?” or “What sounds would you dial up or down in your life with Galaxy Buds3?” (the “Prize Draw Questions”)
(“Entry”).
- Maximum of one (1) Entry per Participant.
- Any comment which is submitted by the Participant as part of the Entry (the “Content”) must adhere strictly to the following content guidelines (the “Content Guidelines”) for the Promotion:
- The Content must not display the image or likeness of any person or any information about any person unless the Participant has obtained that person’s permission.
- The Content must not display any cruelty to any animal or person.
- The Content must not infringe any third party intellectual property.
- The Content must not infringe the rights of, or be defamatory or libellous about, any person.
- The Content must be suitable for a person of any age to view and must fully comply with the law and all regulations.
- The Content must not contain or display any words or images which are considered, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, to be offensive, sexually explicit, rude, disparaging or otherwise inappropriate.
- FOR SAFETY REASONS it is important that Participants do not include or reveal any personal information (e.g. name, contact details, etc) in any Content.
- Entries containing any Content that does not comply with the Content Guidelines will not be entered into the Promotion and the associated submission will be deemed invalid.
- Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Entries.
- The winners of the Prizes shall be the two (2) Participants selected at random from all valid Entries received by the Promoter during the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- All winners will be notified by 23:59 BST by 5th December via the private message function on the Samsung Community page within the Samsung Members App.
- Winners will have seven (7) days from the date of notification to claim their Prize by responding to the Promoter’s private message (a “Claim”).
- In the event a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

- By entering the Prize Draw, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Promotion and acknowledge the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of all winners. Participants reserve the right to withdraw their consent at any time by visiting http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html or by writing to the Promoter.
- The Promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.
- All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have participated and won a Prize.
- Entry into the Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
- These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
