Hello Samsung,
I have been using this monitor already for a month, I bought it in bol.com.
It is constantly making clicking noises, and it's not something that stops after 10 minutes of warming up but it keeps clicking/popping through the whole day (even when off).
This noise is very annoying because I live in Amsterdam and my apartment is not very big, which means that I've to be constantly hearing this noise throughout the whole day.
I see this issue is common to this device, many are complaining about it. Also I see the delivery of this device has been postponed. Is this maybe the reason why you have stop delivering this product?
Is there any solution for this problem? I see on Internet that some people have sent it back because of this.
Please let me know if I can take it somewhere for it to be repaired/improved.

If this happend to me, I would demand from https://bit.ly/2c9QLfJ to provide me with new cables and lost accessoires. Now you have to search for new cables etc. and in my opinion, they should pay for new cables. Nevertheless, you can find original cables here: https://bit.ly/2ckIp0G

Hi @BruceH, I did follow you advise and send the monitor to the reseller (bol.com). Their 3rd party repair service kept the monitor for 2 weeks and did not solve the issue. They say the monitor is working as expected... well for me and every one else who's been in my apartment it is not.. but I guess the guys didn't have time to sit down and pay attention to noises... Anyway what matters is that in the process, they did lose all the cables, manuals and adapters that came with the monitor. Basically the only thing I got back was the screen on its stand.
At first I was like.. ok let's just forget, I have plenty of cables.. but now I want to install the screen on a monitor arm and I cannot because I don't have this rounded metal adapter any more (picture attached). Is there a way for me to get another one from Samsung? Bol.com and their repair service have lost the items and I don't really know where to get this.

Thanks for your quick reply! I am looking for the rounded metal plate adapter that's shown in the picture I've attached.. The one that extends the VESA mount.. I don't know how to search for it, or what's the name of it.. I guess it is specific to the G9 monitor. Could it be the ASSY BRACKET P-WALL;49G95T,SECC,BLACK?

I can't find the right part either. You could try contacting support from Samsung Parts (Samsung onderdelen) and ask them whether they can find the right part.
Personally, I still think that https://bit.ly/2c9QLfJ has to provide you with your original accessoires, at the moment, this takes some from your time and even money when you have to buy a new part, that they've lost.
