Bought a new drive 2 months or so ago as a secondary drive since my normal drive is filling up. Original is a 970 Evo Plus (2TB) with 17.4 TBW, makes sense. The one I bought and installed 2 months ago is a 990 Pro (also 2TB) that I haven't used yet. Still completely empty, but Samsung Magician is saying it has 609 GBW. I know this is insignificant compared the TBW part of the warranty, but why does it say things have been written if I've never installed, moved, copied over to, or saved anything onto this drive? Especially not something 600GB in size.
