Samsung Portable SSD T5 error code during use

Hey all, I recently bought a new T5 and after setting everything up, I noticed that any games that I run from it, or during the installation of games, it sometimes get's an error message saying that the USB device is not recognized, which causes my game or whatever I was running from my hard drive to stop. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and are there any fixes? Thanks
