Before getting my galaxy book, I was using my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE for taking notes. It was and is perfectly syncing with my phone, Samsung Galaxy A24. Then I got my Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 recently. When I first logged into samsung account, it synced and downloaded the notes. But after a time it completely stops and never sync each other.
I tried everything. Completely resetted the data in my book note, repair, reinstall and even doing these for Samsung Cloud app. Still couldn't succeed. I am quite sure my sync is open and as i see in samsung cloud website, there is 4GB data for samsung notes. However, my samsung cloud in galaxy book says it couldn't get my data. Would you help me?
