I have a Samsung LS34J550WQRXXU 34'' SJ55W Ultra Wide WQHD LED Monitor - 3440x1440 HDMI. It seemed to be working fine. Then switched itself off. It is now set to German and the joy button is unresponsive other then being able to click it in.
The monitor is displaying “connect to source” and is bright. I have tried multiple different cables and combinations of them to different PCs.
Only time I got one to connect the display was on and displayed an image… but the display back light was not illuminated. Back light to the LED seems to be ok when displaying the “connect to source” message.
Monitor is being recognised as being detected in pc settings. I have multiple monitors. But did try connecting as a single source.
