Hello,
I bought someone the 2020 Galaxy Book S 13.3" (8GB, Intel i5, UK version) less than 4 months ago. Now there's a loud, high pitched whining noise sometimes when a video is played. Nothing else can be heard. A clip of the problem is attached, it's loud. Muting or changing the volume does nothing; when it starts, it'll keep whining at the same volume and it won't stop till the laptop is restarted.

Btw, I do not recommend this, especially the Intel version. It's very slow and apparently much slower than the Snapdragon version.
