I purchased my laptop 2 years ago & was happy with everything until recently it wouldn't power on, was taking charge & screen was working. I took it to a repair shop for analysis & was told it needs a new palm rest assembly. Here's the problem, I cannot for live nor money source the part. I have had numerous conversations with samsung which has been more stressful than helpful with the communication barrier. I spoke with them on FB and got the response 'we understand your frustration' the part cannot be sourced but if I was to book it in with samsung that they could then get the part? So the part is unavailable to be purchased anywhere, none of their advised stockists have the part, but if I pay over the odds for them to assess & repair my laptop then the part suddenly becomes available....but they understand my frustration! How do you make a complaint in writing?
