We have this monitor installed which has a Logitech C920e webcam plugged into it and then the USB-C connected to our laptop. Whenever we are on a Zoom or Teams call the camera randomly disconnects and we have to plug and unplug it multiple times. This never happened when we used laptop docking stations and seems to be affecting many people. Is there a updated firmware for this model as the Version installed on monitor is M-A6534SGZA-1005.1 but Samsung website has a older firmware only. Seems like firmwares are not updated for monitors on Samsung Support websites.
Can anyone help please.
