Linux on Arm

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge and would like to install Ubuntu ARM on it. Is it even possible to install a Linux system on this computer, and what BIOS settings do I need to configure?

To my understanding, it doesn't, or at least didn't a couple of months ago. Same with virtual machines. Snapdragon is in a weird ARM position.
