LC49RG94SSUXZG monitor JOG wheel responding as if it's Game Setting Key

Hi,

I've got this Samsung LC49RG94SSUXZG curved monitor, and suddenly my JOG button does not show the OSD, but rather acts as if it's the Game Setting 1 button. I have tried holding the JOG button in pretty much every position for over 10 seconds, but nothing changes. I can alter brightness, eye saver mode, volume etc, but the Enter button seems broken. I cannot bring up the On Screen Display, and cannot turn the monitor on or off. Any suggestions?
