I'm really not happy with the way Samsung brushes off the hairline crack problem on my Book3 Pro 360. I've only had it a month and they just bluntly say, it's material damage and that it's not covered by the warranty and that it's my fault ! I can assure you, it is not. So angry, I've made another video. I'm going to post one every week !

Seen quite a lot on here complaining about having a cracked screen it seems to be a common problem.

Same problem, same treatment from Samsung.  They should be sued.

Hi David

Spot on - same happened to me. 4 months old and was told I had damaged it and was not covered under warranty. Contacted Samsung directly who were absolutely useless and sent me round in circles - I believe they were deliberately unhelpful.

Retailer where I bought the laptop (Harvey Norman) were superb and communication has been really good throughout.  I will never buy another Samsung laptop.
