Computers & ITI have had this problem twice now. Not what you expect from such an expensive laptop and a reputed firm. I always used the charger supplied with the laptop. The problem was resolved by removing the battery for a short time. This wasn't easy as inferior quality screws were used on the back cover, which just disintegrated as you tried to screw them open and there was no way to remove the back cover. I had to lift the cover precariously which was still stuck on the 4th corner. Today the laptop won't switch on again and I dread how to resolve this. I signed up for the warranty which is useless when it comes to help or time taken to repair. I have stopped a relative from buying Samsung and will continue to spread the word.
