For those who owns a Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 Laptop, what is the battery life like on your laptops?
I am only using it for internet browsing, and it only lasts for 3 hours max. Is this what I should be expecting?

For those having issue with short battery life, I was getting under 2 hrs about 1hr 45 min at 100% charge. Now 7- 9 hrs depending on performance level and Brightness. Think there is two issues, hope this works for you also, the McFee anti virus searches every 15 minutes I have noticed (I am using another antivirus software now) draining power. I deleted this, then did a re-battery recalibration by going to BIOS at start up by hitting F2 after Samsung logo shows, make sure you disconnect AC when doing this, click battery recalibration and let it drain battery (you will see battery % and time and month show (can exist with ESC to cancel), could be up to 5 hrs to discharge battery. It resets the minimum and maximum charging percent. To save more power you can adjust brightest (Fn F2 & F3).
Once power is drained, the power in Laptop is off, replug AC, will see battery at 0%, hit ESC, and continue to fully charge to 100%, can use while charging.
You will notice difference straight away, instead of saying 100% charged, it will now say 100% fully charged, not sure as to why this wording has changed, but works for me. I hope this helps, as it is a great laptop. Also be aware for some reason Chrome uses up power also.
I am going to try this right now and see how it works. I haven't had McAfee on my system since the day it came home. I knew it was causing performance issues. I haven't done the battery recalibration. Thanks for the tip.

Hey there OP. I had similar concerns and was wavering back and forth between returning or not. Now I can get 10 hours of browsing.
Here's what I learned. This machine (I have i7 version) is super powerful.
It's CPU is plenty powerful even when reigned in by using silent mode and windows' Battery Saver mode on constantly (when just browsing or using office, which for me is most of the time). Similar to a lot of other posts, disable unnecessary startup items with an app like AutoRun. And the thing that made the biggest difference was installing Process Lasso and enabling the feature called ProBalance (can also go into ProBalance advanced settings and make sure "Exclude system services from restraint" is NOT checked). I also installed ParkControl from the same author. Now, my GB2P 360 lasts for hours upon hours, the fan never goes on (because I'm in silent mode), and the laptop maybe gets slightly warm occasionally. And my apps and browsing etc. are still snappy and run smoothly. Really happy with the results so thought I'd share.
Thanks for your information. I will look into some of this myself. I still have the 2 - 3 hour limitation. However, I will say that if I only wanted to use it reigned in, with low light etc, I would either use my tablet and surf the net do everything, I get easily a couple days of battery life on it, and I also just got the new Tab S9 Ultra, so there's that.
But, I bought this model so I could do programming and everything else, I can't always spare the power or brightness. The thing is, I need a Windows device to do my coding on.

I have followed this suggestion, and after I got it back to fully charged, I removed the AC power and waited for the O/S to calculate the time. THIS is a lot closer to what I expected. I want to extend my thanks to the poster @Brett for this.
I think the biggest piece of missing information was to re-calibrate the battery.
*EDIT: as I was typing this, I posted it and checked my time again. By using this screenshots, we can validate the date/time these were taken.

Hi Ehanderson,
You will see the battery fluctuations when you change process you are doing like Word, to internet. It's like changing gears, it recalculates the usage based on what you are doing and you will see it increase again, usually.
Kind regards
Brett

Hi, I recently purchased this device, and I too have problems with battery life and heat generation.
I wanted to ask you if after resetting the battery you managed to get more hours of battery life

I don't use Samsung Galaxy Book Pro,s anymore, I have moved to MacBook Air M2,s The Intel i5 and i7 are very energy and heat intensive. Samsung should use the Apple M2/M3 chip instead. Also I am find Apple MacBook Mail, Safari, Calendar, Contacts, etc to be a lot better than Window 11. Bob UK

Yes, I know that MacBooks with M processors are very good, but I need a small PC (13-14 inches) with Windows and a touch display. So the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 seemed like a great solution to me, but it has this big battery problem. Do you know other PCs similar to this one but with better battery?

@Ehanderson do you still use that PC, have you managed to find a way to make the battery last longer?

The MacBook Air M2 13.6 inch machine is about the same size as a Galaxy book pro. 11mm thick, etc.
The only other Windows 11 based machines that Iook good are Asus Zenbook Oled 13 ux5304 very thin and light.
Maybe HP spectre 13.
Maybe Dell XPS 9315 or 9320, Very light and thin bezels. 13 inch

@pablomares, yes, after performing the recalibration in the bios I generally get 3 to 5 hours actual use. I do turn the brightness of my screen down by 10% though. It's hardly noticable to me for what I am doing, and it makes a difference in battery life.
I am a student in school for software development, so I have things like SQL Server and IIS on my Galaxt Book, since these are always running, they use extra power, and I leave my system on High Performance. I ofren have several browser tabs open, one or two software development programs, OneNote sometimes I use a VPN to my home as well as WiFi (of course), change classes, and do 2 hours of support for general questions for other students, plus have MultiControl on and use my S23 Ultra and S9 Ultra in conjunction with my laptop, transferring files, using the mouse/keyboard on both other devices and still have enough battery power to last when I am done my busy days.
I think currently about 6 hours is the longest I have gotten out of battery use. It's closer to what I hoped for when i made the decision to purchase it.
For me, though, it's about the ecosystem of using my phone and tablet along with my computer.
