I newly bought samsung portable ssd T7. I have formatted with MACOS extended journalled and guid scheme. Then I tried to burn it with BelenaEtcher app to make it a bootable disk. But it gave an error saying that disk is not recognizable on your computer and it rejects the ssd. when I look back my computer, it is already gone. When I check disk utility, it seems that portable ssd had never formatted. It is still visible on samsund portable app though. But I have already reformatted and it was seen by my computer. After I tried to make a bootable disk, it gives this error. is there anyone who can help me on this issue. Thank for your in advance.
I have Macbook pro 2018 model i7 16Gb memory
