Fingerprint sensor not working

I have a galaxy book 4 2024 laptop and fresh outta of the box the windows hello settings says it can't find a fingerprint sensor available, does anyone know hot to fix this?

iL sensore si trova in alto a destra della tastiera  

praticamente e quel tasto nero senza insegne sopra  che serve se premuto a spegnere il computer lo devi configurare   poggiandoci leggermente il dito sopra
