Find My Mobile on Galaxy Book Pro

When signing into smartthings app on my galaxy book pro a message appears saying it is connected to a different find my mobile account. This means I am unable to see it on find my mobile and on smartthings find. I have factory reset my device and uninstalled and reinstalled the smartthings app 

Any help would be great

Got the same Problem with my Galaxy Book Pro. Its not pre-owned, I am the first owner.

For a few days it was listed in Find My Mobile, then it disappeared. Factory reset, reinstall app or erase data and cookies did not help.

Is there any way to solve this case?

Go onto your galaxy book pro and find online support (S service) app. That allows you to do a live chat with a technician and they should get it sorted. That's how I got it fixed.
Basically there's a replication of your account in samsung database but the online support should be able to help.
