Hi,
I have recently started using Samsung T7. After decrypting in Samsung Portable SSD software by entering the password I get the message "Failed to check free space or failed to locate a volume" and the drive is inaccessible.
If I leave computer for ~5 minutes the drive T7 Shield appears on the desktop, sometimes, but not always. However, the software still says the same error message.
What is going wrong and how can I fix this?
