A few days ago I bought a C43J890DKU type monitor. I installed the Easy setting box which is very useful. Unfortunately I have some problems with it but I have not found any topic about it. So I created
The first problem is using Chrome. Sometimes it works, but mostly not. It simply can not be assigned to a screen area. In a German topic, I found a question about it and there was a response from the moderator: Chrome does not support Easy Setting Box. But it sometimes works! For me it seems to be a program bug. It would be very good if this could be improved because it does not worth so much!
My other problem is that sometimes the programs go out of their assigned area. So they can cover a little bit of each other. It's not as confusing as the first mistake, but it should be improved.
Has anyone encountered these mistakes? Is there any solution for one of them?

Confirm.
(1) Within many porograms I lose the doubleclick option to select or open e.g. opening mail within Thunderbird or selecting words within a browser (e.g. Firefox) or other programs where you expect double-click to perform some action.
And after two years or more Samsung isn't able to solve a problem like this.

I was searching for a completely different problem but found this thread (considerably later than the last post). Sorry to necro it, but I had an inkling about the problem involving web browsers and decided to see if I was right. I currently am using the latest version of Firefox and confirmed my suspicions. There will be similar ways to resolve this problem in Chrome as well, but you may need to dig a little more to get the exact phrasing right.
From what I can tell, Samsung's Easy Setting Box utility requires a window to be dragged by the titlebar specifically in order to be applied to the program. However, all web browsers (Opera, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc) have their tabs occupying that space, and instead emulates titlebar behavior when you click and drag it. The reasoning behind why F11 (full screen) and leaving works (sometimes) is because it resets that behavior and changes the titlebar to be more like default instead of the way it usually works. If you want it to work consistently, at least in Firefox:
1) Enter "about:config" into the address bar to open the configuration directory.
2) In the search bar in the resulting page, type "browser.tabs.inTitlebar"
3) Change the value of the resulting address to "0"
This changes the tab's titlebar to the OS default. Tabs should no longer be aligned to the top edge of your browser. The default titlebar should be there now, and when dragging your window with it, it will, without fail, always interface correctly with the program. Again, this should be the case for all browsers that utilize a similar infrastructure. It will make your browsers less aesthetically appealing, but it will allow them to properly function with Easy Setting Box without the need for shortcuts or workarounds.
