Ease document creator doesn't fin the printer

I bought a new printer SL-M3370FD.

The printer is connected to the computer via the network, I installed the printer driver on a computer with Windows 7, I can print, but when I try to scan using the software 'Ease document creator', an hourglass appears but the program can not connect to the scanner.

If I try to connect to the scanner using a universal driver, I can connect using different graphic software (paint, etc.)

I connected the printer directly to the printer via USB, the same problem.

When I try to connect to the scanner through another computer with Windows 10, the software can connect to the scanner.
