Access Denied

Hi,

I,m using Windows 10 and just yesterday I noticed I couldn,t log into Community through my PC.

I can log into My Samsung Account..but when I select Members..its giving me the option to Sign in again.When I try to do this its giving..Access Denied.

Any ideas on this..Members is working fine on my S8.

Hi @Gerrymac.

Which browser were you using? Any joy with clearing the cookies etc. from it? And any Samsung Account password changes recently?

@Gerrymac @AntS ,      I mind I had a similar issue once    (though some time ago now)   on a Windows 10 Pc  but it only affected Firefox.   Clearing the cache sorted it out.

Clearing the cache did the trick...I,m using Microsoft Edge and have been doing since its release..
