Just bought a 4TB T7 Shield external SSD but it keeps randomly disconnecting in Windows 11 between a few seconds and a few minutes so far.
Any suggestions before I return it for refund? This through USB C. It worked OK on my other (Win10) machine transferring files yesterday for 5 hrs on USB-A. I've emailed 'samsungmemory@hanaro.eu' as suggested on another thread.
