Galaxy book2 pro 360 won't power on and red led light doesn't turn off

Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy book2 pro 360 for a couple of months and it's been working fine until yesterday when it suddenly can't power on and the red led light does not turn off even after a whole night of charging. 

I've checked the adapter and it works on other devices. I've tried all other options i can find on the internet like pressing both power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds but that did not work. 

Anyone encountered the same issue and how did you fix it?

Unfortunately it's still the same. It doesn't power on and the red led light is still on.
