DDR3 RAM on NP900X3A Ultrabook

Hi There,

I want to upgrade my ultrabook and the question rises.

How big can my ultrabook handle?

I have a np900x3a b02nl. It has two slots of so-dimm and one has a 4gb 1600 so-dimm in it.

So I know that the other can take a 4gb1600 butt can both slots also take two 8gb 1600, or one 16gb 1600?

Does someone has an answer for me?

Hi M1chel, good question. We can't help with the actual removal and installation of the new RAM, so be careful. As far as I can tell, the max ram is 8gb (1600). So not 8gb per slot, but 8gb in total.
