Am unable to get audio through hdmi eARC port in Q800d soundbar through my 2020 Samsung Frame TV. Audio is received through source is wifi, optical, bluetooth but when selecting the source as eARC hdmi either the audio output is through my TV or there isn't any audio played at all.
The arc output through hdmi works with my Sony TV but doesn't work on my Samsung Frame. Got a technician to check the connection, even he wasn't sure of the problem. Not sure on how could this be solved. Tried resetting the TV and the soundbar but nothing helps. Any guidance here would be really helpful and appreciate.
