Samsung Odysssey G3 only using 144hz

Hello 

I bought a monitor which was the Samsung Odyessey G3 1080p 32 inch 165hz a few months ago.

For some reason the max refresh rate is 144hz in NVIDIA Control Panel and even in the Samsung Monitor settings it is only 144hz max. 

Does anyone know what the problem is?

In the monitor OSD is there a overdrive mode? It also maybe a HdMi limitation.
