S60d Soundbar and QN90c

I’ve just picked up an S60d soundbar and paired it to the QN90c TV to have Q Symphony Enabled.

The sound is great and more than enough for the room size.

The issue I’m having is I don’t want to always have the soundbar on so will have the sound just coming out of the tv speakers. At random the soundbar will turn itself on and be it TV + Soubdbar (wifi) mode. This is happening regardless of source - Live TV, YouTube app, firestick etc

Is there a setting to stop this happening.

I was think of going eArc but all HDMI are used currently.

I don't think so, I imagine 99% of people who get a soundbar use it all the time. You could try via HDMI may help but I think it will still default. Any reason you can't just turn it down?
