Hey folks. I'd be grateful if anyone can shed some light on this:
So the issue is whenever I adjust the CH LEVEL volume (using the WOOFER volume button) for the Centre, Top and Rear levels (I have rear speakers) none of them 'remember' their setting (-12 to +6) and just revert to 0. What's the deal?

Did you get this resolved. I am having a hard time adjust the sound levels on my rear speakers SWA-9200S. I keep reading to open the menu and scroll down on sound bar HW-Q600C! Where is the menu?

Not really Ken. However, you can find the menu via the 'CH LEVEL' button on the soundbar's remote control. You can see the display on the right-hand side of the soundbar itself. Press the CH LEVEL button to select CENTRE TOP and REAR channels, and use the plus and minus level to set each channel's volume. I'd be interested if you can get each channel to stay at the volume you set. Hope this helps.
