(I speak dutch but perhaps in english more people can join in).
A few months ago i bought the Samsung Frame 75LS03B 2022 and the Q-series HW-Q990B soundbar set.
The problem is that sometimes at random moments when im watching something on the TV or listening to music on the TV, the soundbar just decides to turn off.
When i then take the black remote and press the power button, it turns on and the sound is back again.
I havent noticed any specific moment or action that would trigger it, but there is definitely sounds coming from it, so it cant be that it turns off due to inactivity, and it sometimes happens after 20 minutes and sometimes a few hours.
I have it setup via HDMI with eARC, setup everything via de samsung app and check the remaining settings via the TV settings.
I have updated everything as much as possible, i have also reset the soundbar and reconfigured everything again.
But it still happens. I would love to know what to do because i love both products, but its insane that it just turns off while im watching a movie.
