So, my set up is a Q90r 55" TV with a HW Q90R running via the Sky Q box with Arc. When watching sky channels the volume is perfect, when watching Netflix (sound straight from the TV) the volume is very low, when I change source to Wireless using netflix the volume is back to how it should be, but I have to keep changing back when watching Sky, very frustrating. I feel like a setting has changed as when I bought the soundbar, it worked perfectly. Any ideas? Will a factory reset on the soundbar do the trick?
