Hi there,
New the the community but have been with my HW-Q90R soundbar for some time now.
One issue i'm having, that I cannot find a solution to on the internet, is disabling the Adaptive Sound technology. I have been watching a few shows on Netflix and notice that the voice/vocals "adapt" to to scene and either increase or decreases the vocal volume. The sound is great when the vocals are clear and crisp, however, the issue is when it reverts back to "normal" and there is a significant difference in sound.
Its quite annoying to have the volume constantly change to the vocals/scene. When the adaptive sound is not engaged, I end up increasing the volume, only to have it automatically adapt to the vocals (therefore increasing the volume by itself) resulting in an uncomfortable volume.
Is there a way to either keep it on all the time or disable it? Any suggestions or solutions would be much appreciated.
