I recently purchased the above TV and attempted to connect it with my Sound bar. I tried TV sound share and blue tooth without success.
i contacted the Samsung technical team who advised me to reset the sound bar by unplugging its power supply, leave it for ten seconds and then re connect the power, but don't switch it on.
i was advised to hold and press the play/pause button for five seconds and then switch on the sound bar. It didn't work.
i then tried the same operation with the sound bar switched on. Five seconds pressing the play/pause button. Low and behold, the TV idenfied the sound share device and I'm now back in action using the TV setting on the bar to communicate with the TV.
Hope this works for others, if they are having the same problems.
