Until recently, the Messages badge count notification worked fine. Now, it says I have 2 or 3 or 5 messages when I only have 1.
I've seen advice to clear the cache for the app. Have tried to do that but it doesn't clear. I go back to the app settings, and it's still there. I dont want to clear data as I will loose my message history.
Any ideas, please
