I've had may Samsung QE65QN95B (2022) Neo QLED HDR 2000 4K Ultra HD for a few months and it is attached to a SAM...
For some reason I can get no sound at all from most of the devices attached to the One Connect box.
I have a Samsung 4K player attached to input HDM1 on the One Box and that does still work OK.
But the other devices - see below - I can get no sound from via the sound bar.
HDMI 2 - Fire TV Box
HDMI 3 (e-ARC) - connected to the sound bar
HDMI 4 - A HD Recorder
I have tried all the obvious things like changing and swapping leads but nothing seems to resolve it.
I just don't know what has caused this - it was all workign fine... until tonight.
How can I find a Samsung approved engineer in my area (north London) to fix this?
