AUTO EQ FAIL

Auto EQ Fail .  This function just will not work , I get a burst noise fort about 2 seconds then it stops , 

I have reset the sound bar and re paired all speakers but it will not work .  Firmware is up to date .

Can anyone help please before a send my  sounder and Tv package back for refund

Have you tried not connecting the soundbar. If it all works then you need to look at the soundbar set up along with making sure that all connection's are making contact.
