Dear community,
I received my soundbar 990c yesterday. Everything works properly, except the integrated Alexa.
I connected the soundbar to the Alexa App via the Smart Things app. The microphone on my soundbar is “On”. I can't find anywhere on the internet what else I can do to make it work. Does anyone have any advice?
When I give the ‘Alexa’ command word the bar does NOT wake up. It has no response…
I would really think it would be a shame to return this beautiful device, but for the money everything should work properly.
I'd love to hear if anyone knows what else I can try!
