good evening,
it is the first time that i have a big problem with backup with the app Smart switch.
in PC when app try to make it said there is no backup for doc, images, media and so on
so at the end the backup is not completed.
and when I start with backup the app ask it is possibile to make it as for system as sd card
so I select backup but at the end is not complete
help me

To have a complete scenario of the situation, it will be nice to know what device are you currently using, exactly. It's a mobile phone or a tablet? What model?
Plus: have you first verified if Smart Switch -and your computer as well- need some updates? Have you tried to backup to another PC, and other USB-ports?
