I can't personalize my keyboard, trough theme park

When I try to use theme park to personalize anything in my phone it doesn't work. It only shows me some of my old designs, and when I make new ones they never work. Any suggestions on why this might happen or how to solve this?

You use the samsung keyboard or Google keyboard 🤔

Well, I can't do that, i don't know why, it only works on light mode, and i can't relly costumize it like you did anymore, b4 i could, but apparently not anymore 🥲

Idk if it is the new upgrade they did on the app, or 6.1 Samsung upgraded
